I can definitely say that this book will make an appearance at our Baby and Toddler Storytimes! Gorgeous, double-page spreads and simple, lilting lyrics make it a perfect book to share with young children. And it's one that adults can appreciate, as well.
I like how each picture focuses so much on the 'tiny baby' animal that in many cases the adult animal is mostly out of the frame. The composition of each two page spread carries a theme but does a nice job with variety.
